For some time, the Azure AD administrative functions have been moving to the Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com). But did you know that there is a dedicated AD Admin Console? This portal focuses on Azure AD, removing the noise from other resources.
All of the functionality is also available in the Azure Portal, but this console is certainly appropriate for directory administrators who don't need to manage VMs or other Azure Resources.
