The Identity & Access management team has posted on their blog the milestone of Azure AD B2C Access Tokens now in public preview.
There is a lot of similarity between this offering and the typical AzureAD token issuance. The primary difference -- in the B2C model, the user does not get a consent dialog. This kind of makes sense, since in a B2C scenario, you likely want users to use your application's capabilities more so than leveraging capabilities provided by other applications.
